post-post workout?
For a post-post workout meal, like 2 hours after workout, is there anything special you should be consuming?

I always have nice chunk of red meat, some complex carbs like rice or oats, some green veggies, and add a fat source like some almonds or olive oil. Just a solid, balanced meal to top off your tank.
