Cant stop yawning at the gym!

Hi guys,
my problem is that everytime I go to work out, my energy level is very low! Im constantly yawning, feeling sleepy and very tired for no apparent reason. I tried sleeping more, drinking coffee (a lot!), but nothing seems to work. Maybe I should take some supplement to help me stay alert?

I usually hit the gym after work so I have that problem. I find having a coffee or redbull or sometimes chocolate has helped. Anything to get you amped up. Dont drink coffee during the day and save it for a big hit of caffine just before you go. I think you get tolerant to caffine after a while.

l tyrosine (amino acid - gives a much needed kick)
