what should be taken with steroids to avoid side-affects?
I have heard different things talked about but I never actually considered roids, so I never listened. Now it might be a possibility so I was wondering what could help avoid side affects and where to find these supplements?

You obviously haven't done your research if you have to ask questions like this. Which means, you shouldn't even be thinking about roids in the first place.

you really need to do some research. i know nothing about them, but i DO know that without proper care and PCT, you can mess yourself up. Be careful and if you have to do them, be extra safe andmake sure you know everything about them.

hey Ice do you know where I can do some research? I have a good stack right now of healthy supplements, it just isn't doing the trick. The reason I dont know much about roids is that I never even considered taking them. Im just looking to do a 1 month cycle. Also I wonder that if I start taking them do I discontinue use of my supplements?
here is my stack by the way...
ON's 100% whey (before and after workout)
Muscle Milk (before bed)
Omega CEE Thunder
Fish Oil capsules
GNC Mega Men
NOX2 (bought the stuff to try it and will never buy it again)

Just some basics to research:
-Saw Palmetto
-Nolva (Tamoxifen citrate)
-Hawthorn Berry
-Celery seed extract
-Milk Thistle
-NAC
-Clomid
Make sure to get bloodwork before and after. Preferably during if you can. I CANNOT emphasize this enough. I may have left some things out. Please DO NOT start an AAS cycle w/o proper research.

You should post this in the steriods section. That's were you probably get better answers. I hope you are not, but if you are thinking of using you need to figure out what you are going to use. What are the sides of the specific stuff you are going to use and then research for the specific supplements. Acne, hairloss, aggression, liver damage, kidney damage, high blood pressure, hair growth, just some of the sides. Now what kind of supplements are going to help these sides?

thanks to everyone for the help. I am not planning on just starting them without knowing anything. But I figure if I am thinking about taking them I might as well get my knowledge from this site it has really helped me in the past. Believe me I will do more than enough research before taking anything.

Dude, you say youre taking a healthy stack of supps that arent working. Now you are asking about roids?
Id say its your diet (possibly training and/or rest) thats holding you back.
Post up your diet in the nutrition forum with your goals and stats and go from there.

Supps do NOT make you big, stop relying on them and trying to take the easy way out. Results come from good strict diet and hard complaint training. Once youve got those down then look to supps to help you.
In the mean time Id suggest a multi, fish oil, whey and maybe some creatine. Spenbd the rest of your money on Lean protein and good foods

the best way to prevent side-effects of roids is to not take them.

What particular AAS are you thinking of taking? what dosage?? more info is helpful and as one of the other guys said you are in the wrong forum. Also 4 weeks isnt going to do much even if its a fast acting drug like prop,TA,NPP or winnie.

Nolva and Clomid are drugs not supplements- but your list is very good.

Common sense tells us that AAS effect the body in the following ways:
high blood pressure
testicular atrophy
enlarged prostate
liver toxicity
hair loss
acne
So, what products would be helpful in assisting with these sides??
Do the search.

and 4 weeks of dbol or anadrol will pack on size, but they arent easy gains to keep.

Eat enough calories, sleep 7-8hrs/night and lift 3-4x week and you'll gain. Try Westside for Skinny Bastards as a program. You'll pack on muscle and gain strength without any sides
