You guys know about this?
I always have it whenever I have sushi, but I saw it in an asian supermarket last week.
Nutrition (per sachet) (sachet = 1 cup of soup)
carbs: 10g
sugar: 0g
protein: 11g
fat: 0g
This looks awesome, almost too good to believe. To make it you just add water, and it's yum
Is there anything else I should check? Is there anything else in it that could make it unhealthy?
