I like that better. You could also substitute Orange TRIad for the glucosamine and NOW Adam if you want. Assuming you're of age to take all of these, that is.

me, i would drop the trib as its useless, drop the cissus for the same, add a more complete joint product in lieu of the glucosamine. protein is fine, the carb source is eh, creatine, cool, ditch the wraath, the rpm is fine.

What would you add. Why ditch the PW? What is a better carb source? What do you suggest for joint support?

well, why are you using it? is it preworkout with the rpm? all the beneficial research on eaa and working out is taken with a carb source. wms isn't vitargo and i am not sold on it yet, but thats me.

i like that ^ for joints.

So PW is only good if I am taking it with a Carb source? I got it a while back and was going to take it mainly because of the Beta-Alanine, but the EAA is a benefit I thought. What would you take in it place or just drop it all together.

So you think vitargo is the best way to go?

vitargo is very expensive, you can take the pw, add in some of the wms, and you should be set.
