Cutting Time, need your stamp of approval
Hey Guys, it's cutting time for me and i'll be posting meals in general, after your stamp of approval, i'll crack down on how much i'll be taking in. The cut diet will consist 2,500 calories daily for three months, if i'm not losing 1-1.5 lbs weekly, i will decrease the calorie instake by 200. My goal is to lose 12-16 lbs of fat. I will move my lifting time to afternoons since I havent been able to make good gains when i lifted in the mornings. Nothing wrong with lifting in the afternoons, it's just that it's alot people and they don't know squat about lifting. Bugs the hell out of me. Just get in and lift and get out is what i plan to do
