UGH ...went over board tonight
Went over board big time....took a pain pill earlier and it started a food craving... ate 6 slices of whole wheat bread and almost a whole jar of smuckers natural creamy PB....UGH...

yah...yesterday was a scheduled cheat meal..that didnt bother me really...but the PB and bread does...i have about a 1/4 of the jar left I think I m going to pour water in it and toss it in garbage haha...DAMN Peanut butter is the devil ...to0 damn good

yeah why do you schedule your cheat meals? Why not just eat clean all the time and then if you're out just have a meal within reason dude. schedule cheat meals make you hate clean food.

Tiny I love clean eating but I schedule my cheat meals to enjoy on certain days. I work all week so on fridays or sat is when I enjoy my cheat meals cause I get to relax and enjoy it.
When I was 18 and living at home everyday was the same so I never scheduled such things either but once you are out on your own and live life by a schedule things change.
I do not even count my cheat meals as messing up because I still stay under my calorie in point but when its a legit fuc K up like tonight I kick myself in the azz.
Oh well..its done and over and even still I am not that much over. I shall just do extra cardio tomorrow.
