1st Cycle Preparation
Before I get into details about the cycle, some history about me might help (sorry for the long read)
PH usage history: I ran a cycle of 1ad and 19-nor back when I was 19. I made tremendous gains on this cycle. However, I had bad acne before the cycle and running the 1ad only made things worse. My diet was 75% out to lunch so alot of the actual weight gain I made was bodyfat. I ran a proper PCT at the time with 6oxo.
Conclusions on this cylce. I really wish I would have paid more attention to all of the nutrition articles as well as countless other articles regarding waiting until 21 to start PH. I could have made solid gains had I known nutrition and training techniques alot better. You live and you learn; a lesson learned is a lesson learned.
After finishing this cylce I dedicated my life to get my fat-ass into shape. The 1st thing I wanted to do was get rid of the ugly acne issues. I ended up running accutane (forget the length and dosage) but it worked like a charm. I ran frequent blood tests and my liver values never once indicated strain. To this day I have yet to get acne (4 years later).
Shortly after this I ran....eek...m1T. I had read it was the next best thing. I again learned another valuable lesson here. When peoeple on here told me it was harsh, they were right. I couldnt even handle 10 days of it. I immediately stopped the cycle well short of the planned duration becuase I was so lethargic and sick. I ran 7 days of nolva and that was that.
Up-to-date. My diet is now the foundation of my routine. I can safely maniuplate my weight with successful dieting. I contemplated running a cycle last year with my friend but I decided to hold off and get 1 more solid year of training under my belt. I feel I am ready now.
My planned cylce is as follows. I want to run 400 mgs of test cyp for 12 weeks. I feel I will make solid gains at 400 a week since this is my 1st real cycle. This will also allow me to learn how my body reacts to test and lead the way into future cycles of 500mgs+.
I have Nolva on hand (and get more in 3 days time if need be). Ive also got HCG on hand incase my boys need a kick start (I plan on not using it unless I feel the need or my training partners advise me to do so).
Cycle:
weeks 1 - 12: Test Cyp 400mgs/week
weeks 14 -17: Nolva 40,40,20,20
*I start showing signs of gyno during cycle I will use 10mgs of nolva a day*
One thing I am still undecided about is an injection schedule. What do you guys recommend?? Do it all once a week or do .8cc 2x a week??
Please express any other comments/concerns as I appreciate as much input as possible. Thank you
**EDIT** I forgot to add the the test cyp I have is 250mgs/ml**

looks good, I'd shoot 2x a week but everything else seems spot on. Could be a few lbs heavier naturally but not bad.
MY concern is, how would your training partners know if you "boys" need a little kickstart? Hmmmm......

hahaha I forgot the add (no homo) after that comment. I should have gone into furhter detail here. I have several people around me with cycle experience and if things are going bad ill turn to them for immediate advice (preferebly without showing them my 'boys')

The cycle looks pretty good. Safe and routine but you might want to check out my sig for HCG info. It's not for kickstarting.

I've also got a question about the Nolva I have on hand. Its a capsule Nolva with powder inside. I am not sure if I can post the lab its made from on here but I just want to make sure its legit....

I'm having 2nd thoughts on dosing and injecting. Should I do 500 a week (250 2x a week; sat/wed) or should I do 1.5cc (375mg) 1x a week; sat??

I would go w/ the 375 but split it up to two .75cc injections. I really like the stable feeling of frequent injections.

I understand to that this way I will have a more stable blood level. But in all honestly, how much of a difference is it going to make with a 375mg dose 1x a week vs 2x a week. Even at 500, how much of a difference will it actually make since cyp has a 1/2 life of 12 days??

I'm just telling you what I know from experience. I am a much happier person whe I do frequent injects. I'm currently running my cyp EOD because I am injecting stuff that requires EOD so I just break my cyp into 100mg EOD. I've never had such a smooth cycle.

Being my 1st time out I have no idea what to expect. I've been getting mixed suggestions about doses and injection pattern. Either way I'm comfortable doing 1 or 2x a week....but if I can take care if it all with 1 shot a week (ie 375/wk) why not just do it all at once.
I appreciate the advice Bowie.
