New old guy with another question or 2

OK Guys, First thanks to everyone that advised me on my elbow problem. It is getting better still, no iron for two more days.

This is the question. In the last 13 years I gained a lot of weight I went from 195 to 305. I got sick of being a fat ass, well, mostlt belly and chest. (My lower body is actually quite lean and muscular) Ive lost 50 lbs so far and have been lifting for about 8 months. I still have trouble with the friggin' Man Boob thing that happens when I get fat. Besides tons of flys what else can I do to get rid of them asap without liposuction? Not gyno just fat deposit. Also as Im 54 years old my skin isn't shrinking up liked Id hoped ,any help for that? Any help is appreciated.

Cardio 3 to 4 times a week and lots of reps on all the chest excercizes 12 to 15.

I'd suggest not loosing weight too terribly fast if your skin's elastisity isn't what it used to be. That way your skin may have a chance to keep up. I'm no expert though.
With a healthy lifestyle - eating healthy foods and exercising, the fat should come off and as long as you aren't doing drastic things with the diet it should be an adjustment that you can live with long term and you will eventually get down to your target weight.
Also, make sure you are eating HEALTHY food. Not just low carb or whatever, make sure you are getting all your vitimins and all that with the foods you eat daily. That may have some effect on the skin's ability to bounce back.

Man boobs like woman boobs are mostly fat and as you lose fat so will you lose your man boobs. Seeing as fat does not come off one place any faster than any other place you are going to have to be patient and pay the price for letting yourself get out of shape. All of us who have gotten overly fat have all had to pay that price.
As we age pour skin loses elasticity and I cannot say for sure whether your skin will rebound and shrink or end up hanging there...only time will tell.
You seem to be losing weight at a decent rate with the optimum being around 2 to 3 lbs a week. The optimum being weight that you lose at a rate that chances are you will not gain back unless you do things to gain of course.
Doing tons of flyes and other chest exercises will cause muscle to grow but it will not cause the fat to leave any sooner.
Sorry not to be more help but it is going to take a little while but it is sure going to be worth it. Keep up the hard work.
