Cauliflower

I just had two small heads of cauliflower with a quarter kg of salmon and loadsa veggies... I was suprrised to find that much cauliflower had 23G of carbs half of which fiber... and TEN GRAMS OF PROTEIN!??? cauliflower... new bulking food... i think so!

you will find all fiberous veggies are like that. they are all almost a 2:1 ratio of carbs to fiber, and all contain a fair amount of incomplete protein. dont just limit yourself to cauliflower when there is a whole garden of veggies waiting to be eaten.

couldn't agree more when i first started eating healthy i was only eating broccoli, zucchini, and asparagus for vegetables only vegetables i thought i liked. then went to the local farmers market started buying new vegetables and trying them and they are so many great tasting good for you vegetables out there
