The confusion on Intermittent Fasting

Been off for a while, and now see a thread Intermittent Fasting, is this a better way to lose fat, because from the stickys it contradicts everything that i have learned. Can anyone shed any light on this confusion please.

EDIT: Wouldn't having Protein every 3 hours better then none at all for 16 hours then overload your bodies in 8 hours of protein, i heard a rumour you can only digest 40g of protein every hour. Insulin will be spiked aswell big time.

SO CONFUSED please help for reps.

fasting can be healthy....do a google search on "the health bebefits of fasting"


either a water fast or a all natural juice fast. I fasted once and droped weight and felt awesome.

Think of your body like this..you mucles need rest time right? Well your stomach and intestines need rest too...they never get rest cause we are always stuffing food in us......a 48 or 72 hr fast works wonders.

Like I said google it and read up.
