The confusion on Intermittent Fasting
Been off for a while, and now see a thread Intermittent Fasting, is this a better way to lose fat, because from the stickys it contradicts everything that i have learned. Can anyone shed any light on this confusion please.
EDIT: Wouldn't having Protein every 3 hours better then none at all for 16 hours then overload your bodies in 8 hours of protein, i heard a rumour you can only digest 40g of protein every hour. Insulin will be spiked aswell big time.
SO CONFUSED please help for reps.
