Melting Point+Scivation Sesamin+ Hydroxycut

=Awesome?

Thoughts? Anyone try a similar stack for cutting?

This is of course in addition to my BCAAs, whey, good diet and routine.

First cut, so don't be shy to suggest a better stack, or point out where my logic is off with that stack.

Keep your MP dose at 3 caps a day, and 1-2 caps of Seasamin daily.

Be sure to stay well hydrated and keep potassium and magnesium on hand in case of cramps.

very true. excellent reasoning.

however, if you should ever reach a "plateau", here are some of my current favourite "little helpers" that can aid in fat-loss during a cut:

-7-oxo-DHEA
-green tea
-forskolin
-capsaicin

The good news is that they are actually at the "safer" side of the spectrum of fat-loss supplements. it's also very pleasant for me that they are non-stimulatory.

The main side effect of the sesamin and TTA combo is associated with the specific MOA of each; both work on the PPAR (specifically gamma) and one of the greater side effects associated with that is edema. Thiazolidinediones (Actos and Avandia) closely mimic the MOA of sesamin and TTA. The TZD's are known to improve lipid panels as well as increasing insulin sensitivity (which both sesamin and TTA can do) however I feel based of the similarities between ses+TTA and the TZD's that the intense muscle soreness and decrease in performance can be attributed to the muscles being dehydrated by the drug-induced edema. However, high dose sesamin has caused a loss of libido so I wouldn't dose it more than 1 g a day for no longer than 30 days.

Would you look at that. Same ingedients in Lean Xtreme 2, except for the capsaicin which is in Basic Cuts.

I think people would be better off using a lower dose of MP or sesamin with some of the above compounds. It may take longer to drop the weight but will have far less side effects and better results over the long term.
