all these are flexed
biceps : 14 1/8''

calves : 14.5''

chest : 40''

how do these look am i considerd big average or small by these

well ur body fat is going to make ur measurements larger if u were a lower bf they would be okay stats i guess, but cut than clean bulk.

I would say they are about average.
I also say post a pic, because your bodyfat percentage sounds high, but it isn't all that bad. Some people look okay with that high of a body fat because of their body type and the way thei rbody stores fat (not everyone stores fat the same way/in the same places as equally).

I would get your bf% closer to around 11-12% then measure. This will be a little more accurate.

lol? more accurate how? the tape measure isn't distorted by fat.
edit- it may be more comparable to others though..

17% is a little higher than me. i dont think its too high. its about average. for the average man. not for the average teen
