Scorch/vaporize/melting point stack...amazing so far
I started my cut last monday. High protien/fat, low carb with 1 refueling day (which was saturday). Diet is 2500 cals, 500 cals below maintenance. 30 minutes cardio 4 times a week, directly after lifting.
Dosages taken are:
Scorch: full dosage (6 caps total, 3 caps twice a day)
Melting point: 2/3 dosage (4 caps total, 2 caps in the AM 2 other caps spaced out during the day)
Vaporize: 2/3 dosage(4 caps total, 2 caps in the AM 2 other caps spaced out during the day)
Weighed in last monday at 221. Weighed in today at 214. 7 pound swing in the first week. Now i know at least half of it is water weight, however I have seen no signs of dehydration (2 gallons a day cures that)
Just thought I would throw this out there for people interested.
