so instead of getting the standard oats, i got a mix of rye, barley, oats, and wheat. my question is: what's better? is this more diverse mix better, or is just oats superior and thus better?
Ultimately, besides some trace minerals and other minor difference in overall nutrient make-up & attributes, the end-result will be the same. Either way, you've got some very-low-GI goodness on your hands.
