Talking Check out my Keto Diet

This was my first ever created Keto Diet. I followed the step to step guide posted by Blindfaith. The totals I wanted to hit were 132 grams of protein and 174 grams of fat equalling about 2100 calories. This is a cutting diet to lose a lb. a week. What do you guys think? The diet is set up in Microsoft Word. Any advice, comments, and concerns would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for any help. Here it is:

Looks pretty organized. Using Fitday.com might be easier.

1) Drop the olive oil and PB from PWO meal. You want a quick little insulin spike to get that protein to the muscles. You don't want fat in there to slow it down.

2)You are relying a lot on processed meat. Its fine as far as fat-loss. Pepperoni, sausage, ect has lots of sodium and nitrates. You'll still loose weight, but replacing some of that stuff with more "good fats" would be a good idea. You need to have your treats though or you'll go mad. Something to think about.

Chicken breast, fresh fish (or canned but you still get some sodium), eggs, steak. Real food. As close to growing the source as possible.
