I give him props for the amount of weight... but thats not a 100Kg curl.
To me that looks like a Hang clean with a supinated grip.
I would rather see him do 60-70 KG with much better form.

Bad curl tbh. When I do curls I keep my back completely straight, even if I have to sacrafice some of the weight.

LOLOL give me ******* double that weight and with my hip shrug bent back breaking tecnique i can do it too!! Better yet lets chop of my arms before in tear my entire forearm griping it.
I find a good 1 rep max for curls is to see if you can lift it above your head using all of your power. THEN let it down slowly and controlled. That movied mocks body builidng LOL
