Will white flood help me accomplish this?
I've recently been having trouble with squats - I have gone from 85 to 155, but today I couldn't do 160. First set was pretty decent, the second set was hard, considering i nearly killed myself on the fourth rep. I didn't even bother with the fifth rep.
Also, I lift in mornings and have a pre workout meal consisting of milk, whey, turkey, bread, & multi/fish oil. I feel like I could easily vomit it up in the weight room if I tried.
My question is, when I start using white flood, will it help push me past several of my plateaus? I have stalled on the standing press (90 lbs for 2.5 weeks), squat (160 lbs), rows (100 lbs). I was just hoping it would help me push past these plateaus.
Also, my diet is proper.. been very strict about it, getting 270/290/100 of p/c/f, and proper rest, haven't missed any workouts. Is this the purpose of white flood? And would you guys recommend removing the pre workout meal, and just taking white flood before the workout? It would alleviate that stomach sensation during the workout, and make me not feel bloated.. it would also give me a nice post workout meal (1hr later).

In my opinion (not that I am an expert) I am sure it will. I would also add some whole oats to your protein shake or have some oats with your meal before working out. It is also better for me to work out in the mornings.
White Flood is def. gonna help. It is one of the best products out there! I am sure a lot of people here would agree!!

Well do you think it's better to skip the pre workout meal alltogether? If I keep taking it, I keep having to get up early.. if I skip it, I can sleep in a little longer, and I won't have the stomach sensation that bothers me during the workout.. is white flood not as effective if I do this?

LOL save the protein for afterward. I have never understood why bbers can take protein before working out. I get sick as hell and the same with most people I know if I eat a lot of protein before an intense workout. Go eat eggs and try to run 3 miles...see how far you get without throwing up. Seriously carbs before, and carbs and protein afterwards.

I really can't eat a big meal prior to my morning workouts so what I do is eat one packet of instant grits or oatmeal, one scoop of whey protein, wait for thirty to forty minutes and then I take white flood, this seems to work for me. I'm sure one of the reps from controlled labs will see this thread and give you more advice.

Leave the milk and any fatty foods, out of your pre workout diet. Fats are not good pre workout. I also feel the same way some times, eat to much throw up right after a heavy set of squats/deadlift. What i do is give myself a good 45 minutes, or just eat lightly-simple carbs for energy fast digesting, like rice cakes, bananas etc

you could always try to just wake up and take white flood on an empty stomach and see if it bothers your stomach or not, but after fasting all night you need to break that catabolic state you are in when u wake up so if u wake up, dont eat anything, and go straight to the gym thats not going to be too good for muscle growth. Try waking up and having 1 scoop whey protein in water, waiting 15-20 mins, and then taking ur white flood. that way atleast the whey will have some anti catabolic affects and u will having something in ur stomach before taking white flood, but shouldnt be too full that the absorption would be affected
