I'll agree with that estimate. It's hard to tell with just that one picture. What are your current stats/measurements.
If you give us those numbers, then we can give you a better estimate.

yeh for 135 5'7 u have good muscle mass im 5'7 142lbs just purchased my bench last week though so the size will now come gj though
and i would say amm 10-12%, i say 12 cause when i looked at your ab picture on your bodyspace i dont know if ur bf is that low i can c the fat around ur abs n stuff

I seriously doubt you'd have that ab definition at 12%... 9-10% sounds more accurate to me. Looking good btw.

I'm also debating whether or not to step up my calorie intake, or keep it the same. I am just extremely worried about eating too much. Reason? Well I was once a fat kid, back in junior high/early high school. In Jr. high, I was 175 lbs. at about 5'4"... disgusting.
Right now I'm at about 2700-2900 calories a day. Like I've said before, I am looking for a ripped physique, not to become huuuuge.
Suggestions?

I do "Push, Pull, Legs" workout routine, 4-5 times a week with 2-3 cardio sessions.
