Buffalo Wings
Cheat or Protein Goodness?
I dont find them that greasy unless they are breaded, where it retains grease, but alot of resterauns serve them none-breaded, whats your thoughts on chicken wings?

the problem with them is that they are painted in butter and then fried. In moderation I don't consider them a cheat. If you can get them baked then they are definately not a cheat.
All just my opinion.

If I was eating them, then it would be in LARGE quantities.
Hence forth, a cheat. Wings taste so damn good, that I couldn't just eat one..or ten...at least 100.

Wings may be one of my true weaknesses. They are definately a cheat in my opinion. You have to factor in things like the skin, the breading (if any), the fact that many are fried, and the sauce which can often be deadly in terms of calories. On top of that you might have a blue cheese, ranch or sour cream dip which adds more punch to your waistline. Are they awesome? Defiantely. But I think they are definately a cheat food.

Cheat, unless you are ingesting them in conjunction with a keto diet.
