sounds right to me. i start off with 150lb as a warmup and it feels as if i'm just standing up with the weight as well.

your back and leg muscles have probably just become strong enough so that 210lb does not challenge them the same way, so you feel them working less. just up your weight on deads and keep on progessing.

good luck

edit: oh yea and good point about warming up above... i try to fit 3 warm-up sets in before i begin my 3 sets of 5 reps. that usually looks like 135x8 225x5 265x1 warm-up and 275 for my first working set. i like to do 1 rep of a weight close to what i'll be working with so that it doesn't seem as heavy as going from 225 to 275 but also doesn't tire me out from doing too many reps.

i guess my question is that at 210 im not straining to get it up i could do 8 to 10 reps, should i start here and do sets go lower for sets or higher.i just feel this isnt a lift to screw with and im a little unsure how to continue.

maybe have your warm up set be 200lbs....then go up to like 230lb + and gauge where you are at from there. you said that you've got your form down really well. as long as you stick with that good form then no matter what weight you put on there you should be good to go as far as avoiding injury is concered
