Best morning breakfast?/what u eat? (serious)
In the morning I am really lazy and hate cooking eggs....it takes a while and I gotta clean all that **** up. Does anybody here just have milk with cereal?
They say breakfast is very important for a BB so is cereal sufficient?
What do you guys generally eat?

3 poached eggs, 1 cup Kashi's GoLean, 1 cup skim milk. It's probably my favorite meal of the day.

I get up have two cups of milk immediately. Then I crack open 5 whole eggs and put them in the pan, swirl yokes around and cook it while I take a shower. It comes out looking like an egg-pancake. Also I have one cup oats and one banana.

British beans are different to american beans. 1 can of heinz baked beans has exactly 20g of protein, plus a few more with the bread.

I had chicken liver for breakfast today, about 12 oz of it, with a whey protein drink in skim milk. Over 40 grams of protein right there, and costs less than 1.00 for it all!

I just made 2 eggs over easy, accompanied by 8oz of skim milk, black coffee and 4 oz of lowfat yogurt. Took all of 4 or 5 minutes to make. One pan, 1 plate and 2 glasses, a spoon fork and spatula. Took no more than a minute to wash them.
