Just continue doing what you are doing. Eat like crazy, train hard and get adequate rest. maybe in a few weeks time you can try a supp like Creatine to help you along if not already doing so.

Just keeping eating as much as you can and train with good technique.
At the moment you just need to work on everything really!

get a good workout split 4-5 times per week, exercise intensely, and eat above your maintenance.

I'm pretty sure this is what I'd look like at 21 if I didn't work out. No offense meant by that though just that's where I started. Anyway hit the weights hard and do lots of compound lifts, like everyone else mentionned eat a lot!

yeah, they are newb gains, but youre still doing a fantastic job!
Your frame looks exactly like mine was when I started. Only difference I was slightly thinner. I was 6'1 135 when I started and was 16. I gained about 8 lbs per month for the first 3 months, with hardly any noticeable fat gains, it was awesome lol.
After that it slowed down a bit, but yeah. Keep doing what youre doing for now and wait until you hit a plateau and then look into switching it up a bit. Remember that the more weight you pack on, the more calories and protein youre going to need to consume to keep the gains coming.

Keep doing what you're doing bro. Lift hard and eat plenty. Coming along slowly. It'll take a year before you will notice results visually better. Be patient and consistent.
