Just bought some creatine need some info.
Ok at Walmart they had 5 pounds of creatine for 12 bucks, so I thought it was a good deal and bought some.
Questions:
1. I am sixteen and have been working out for 3 months, it's safe for me to use as long as I drink lots of water, right?
2. It says it has 32 grams of sugar per serving, should I be worried?
3. When should I take it, it says take it before and after workout, but how do I work that in with my whey protein shakes?
4. Follow the directions and mix with just water right?
Anything else I should know?

you should be ok i take 1 scoop a day about 45 minutes before workout!!!

Did you do this http://forum.bodybuilding.com/search.php before buying creatine? Please tell me you did at least some research before going out and buying it.

Not sure about getting creatine at Walmart. They have cheap products, but it may be bad quality.

Looks like you got one with sugar in it. Just do what the label recommends.

3. When should I take it, it says take it before and after workout, but how do I work that in with my whey protein shakes?you can mix it in with your pwo shake if you want. also, on days you don't workout, take it first thing in the morning
4. Follow the directions and mix with just water right? basically. some people here like to drink it with something like grape juice to better the uptake of creatine
