Hmmm testicle lump...this isn't cool...

Woke up this morning to find one of the glands (I think they are) on my sac is a bit swollen, about the size of a small pimple. It doesn't hurt (unless I squeeze it, but that's cause squeezing skin hurts anyway), and isn't on the actual testicle at all...just the skin. Anyone every had anything like this?

I know you guys aren't doctors and lots of idiots willl probably say it's cancer....but someone might know. I'm guessing it's a) some sort of cyst b) just a swollen gland...both of which aren't too worrying. It is a bit random though...

Hmm sebacious glands sounds likely...I had the same thing as you and got it checked out...that's what i was...this is exactly the same just down on the sac...I'd go to a doctor but I'm about to leave town for a few days....

If its in the skin, it is most likely an ingrown hair or sebaceous gland blockage (pimple). Other wise could be a small cyst, lipoma or even a bite? If it came up overnight, Id go with ingrown hair or zit

I think what Diabolic said is probably most likely....but as you said...I'll go in the next few days if it isn't solved.

go to www.webmd.com they have a LOT of stuff, and things like symptoms that can help you find out what it is that you most likely have, but then again the doctor is always the best, lol

I'd agree with this statement.

Watch it over the next couple of days. Don't constantly touch it as it may make things worse. If he doesn't go away, you may want to go see a doctor.
