Lifting one day and cardio the next..what can i expect to see?
i need to shed some weight , but also wanna get big, so im doing both. what can i expect to see? no muscle gain but getting more cut, or getting bigger while losing weight( what i want to do)? thanks
I would drink a protein shake or sumit before cardio and probably do HIIT. If your bulking but want to lose fat then you gotta clean bulk if thats wat ur alredy doin.
