Lifting one day and cardio the next..what can i expect to see?

i need to shed some weight , but also wanna get big, so im doing both. what can i expect to see? no muscle gain but getting more cut, or getting bigger while losing weight( what i want to do)? thanks

I would drink a protein shake or sumit before cardio and probably do HIIT. If your bulking but want to lose fat then you gotta clean bulk if thats wat ur alredy doin.

i've been lifting for about 2 years on and off, but will be more consistent and work out at school and home from now on.
