Unhappy Worried

Not sure what this is or even how to explain it. I have been having elbow problems, severe pain. Monday I went to my ortho and had yet another cotizone shot, 4th one. I really can't use my arms much but still went to the gym and did legs and abs, that was also monday. Tuesday night I began to have this really stiff and sore neck. I figured maybe because I did extra weight on the squats and maybe my form was off. But then on wednesday the pain started radiating down my shoulders and my chest down through to my bottom ribs. Also 2 fingers on each hand are extremely painful. I have no idea what this is. I thought maybe joints but because of some of the locations it doesn't fit the script. Someone i know said they were having similar pains in the neck and fingers and thought it was some type of virus. It doesn't sound right to me. I'm really kind of getting worried here. Not sure if it's a side effect from the shot. If anyone has and ideas please let me know, it's a pretty scary feeling. Thanks so much.

It might be a pinched nerve in ur neck/back(shoulder area) which could be from a lot of things-maybe lifting weights. Anyways, the pinched nerve can create numbness, pain, tingling, loss of sensation and even ability to grab/lift things. A good back massage on a regular basis can help loosen the muscles around the pinched nerve and release that pressure or whatever. My ex boyfriend had this and massage helped-at least that's what he said.

Also-the elbow thing. I got pain in my elbow once that go to severe i was in throbbing pain constantly and which I later found out was from simply putting my elbows on the table when i type at work, propping my head up with my elbow on teh table, or resting my elbows on the arm of a chair or sofa...basicaly resting my elbow (even ith my arm extended or flat) on anything created pressure on my elbow which probably pinched a nerve. After a month(s) or even sometimes a week(s) it will go away if you refrain from resting ur arm on anything...yes, anything.

WOW rejection at this level could be devastating. Anyway some of the pain is better, still can't work upper body yet. Any suggestions on workouts as to not lose any muscle?
