Hows my diet look? reps given for advice :)

8.00am

oats in water
7 egg whites, two egg yolk ommelette with spinache and baby tomatoes. Small amount of low fat cottage cheese.

11.00am
3 weetabix
tablespoon peanut butter
50 grams of whey
water
apple

2.00pm
Turkey steak
wholemeal pasta
teaspoon of flaxseed oil
fibourous veg

5.00pm
Can of tuna
basmati rice
fiberous veg
5 omega 3 fish oil caps

train

post workout- 50 grams dextrose, 50 grams of whey

8.00pm
FIllet steak
sweet potatoe
2 eggs
boat load of veg

10.00pm
cottage cheese
oats in water with rasains
5 omega 3 fish oil caps
casein in water

sleep- 20 grams of casein in water through nite

oats in water with rasains<-- try for variety if u have too.. maybe some WW bread seeing u already had oats earlier in the day.. i would sugget having the raisins earlier in the day too instead of before the sack... what is ponit of caesin from CC and casein from ur shake before bed?
5 omega 3 fish oil caps

sleep- 20 grams of casein in water through nite<--- is this pre bed or middle of night?
not bad a few changes

maybe a tad bit more fruit 1 more serving or so and throw in some more carbs with ur PWO shake.. 2:1 ratio is usually required.. how about a banana to bump it up a bit and maybe add some honey.. up to you

FYI he is referring to drinking the Casein shake throughout the night. I.E. when he wakes up would drink some.
