Sugar Free low calorie Jell-O pudding snacks, whats the catch?

It's pretty much pure maltodextrin (but mostly water). Anyway, it's low cal enough that you can eat it pretty much whenever without it making an impact, but you might even put one in your post-wo shake, considering what it is.

I just ate the butterscotch with 2 glasses of skim and a scoop of isopure plain protein and some vanilla extract PWO, tastes like god.
