It's really all about personal preference really. Some different ingredients but both will more or less deliver the same results.
Are you looking for convince(pills) or do you want taste and a few extras like the energy boost from the tyrosine(powder)
Personally I really like my GM

IMO the Electric Lemonade edges out the Sour Apple by a bit. But either way can't go wrong though

i was just reading the directions on taking it and first it says to take half a scoop then to take a full scoop. I'm confused how do you guys take urs?

It says for the first day take a 1/2 scoop to assess your tolerance. After that just take 1 scoop daily. I prefer to take mine 45-60 min pre.

its basically your preference, on the controlled labs website when stacking the products they tell you take green buldge or green magnitude, i personally love the taste of green mag and love the energy kick it gives, i also love the price only about 55$ for 80 servings !

haha no im from New York why do you say that, and i was mistaken, i got the Green Mag for 45$ at Vitamin World. The White Flood was 55$

Quick question; I cant always get to the gym at the same time so I was wondering if it is OK to take green mag pre work out on days when I can go early (due to the tyrosine) and green bulge when I have to go later?

It was my understanding that the tyrosine provides an energy boost so I was concerned that this might make it more difficult to fall asleep if I don?t get done working out till 10pm or so. If that is not the case then great, I will go with just the Mag.

Green Mag was like, $68 at the Vitamin World here in CA. No way.
As per the question at hand though, I like the energy from MAG that isn't there in Bulge. So I would take that, I think it is worth the cost (unless that cost is $68, get it in the 30's).
