Is this transformation possible?
A couple months ago I seen a picture of Chris Chelios in the paper; this picture really inspired me. I recently found that picture again, and thought to myself I need to start on my road to a physique like his. I have been working out pretty steadily for a couple years now, so I know I have muscle under this 30 or so percent of bodyfat I carry around. He's 45 years old, I'm 37. I would like to obtain that type of bodyfat within the next two years. Is it possible?

Chris Chelios is a freak of nature. Apparently his exercise routine is out of control and he is one of the most dedicated men in the sport. I used to absolutely hate the guy, but I have gained a lot of respect for him after watching him play what is probably the most physically demanding pro-sport at his age w/out losing a step.

2 Hours on a bike would be kind of a bad idea as far as muscle loss goes, but like the above posters said if you dedicate yourself that looks possible in way less than 2 years.

weights and cardio are helpful...
but diet is the key.

WTF? Do you even know who Chris Chelios is? Chicken Legs? Hes one of the best defensemen the NHL has ever seen over such a long period. Hes not a bodybuilder just an extremely healthy 45 year old professional athlete.

to the OP: yeah, definitely possible. takes some dedication, but once you start seeing results, thatll keep you going hard.

who he is and what he does really has no bearing. the OP wants to look like that and it as an achievable goal. but, for the record, hes not yoked and hes not big. not in the least.

agreed, he is very athletic looking. not so much body builder looking.
he looks good, no homo, just not built. if you think you'd like to look like that instead of a huge ripped guy, go for it, its a good look too. no homo, for the second time just in case.
