What is the best amusement park/water park in the US?
I love amusement parks and water parks. I'm curious to know where the best parks are in the US. I know most will say Disney, but how about some others.
My gf and I have been going to Schlitterbaun water park in New Braunfels Tx for the last few years, and I can't imagine there being a better waterpark. Travel Channel agrees.
But what's your opinion?

Biggest water park in the world is Noah's Ark in Wisconsin Dells, WI. It kicks ass.... Been to Schlitterbaun as well but it's not the same.

Cedar Point in Ohio might be one of the biggest rollercoaster parks, not sure.

I wasn't super impressed with Noah's Ark, maybe it's too hyped.
However, there is a go-cart place right next to Noah's Ark that kicked some serious ass.

Personally I'm a huge fan of water parks during the summer. I love going to Water Country USA in NH.
Um... as far as 'theme' parks are concerned... Six Flags New England in Riverside, Ma -- I've never been to any other Six Flags theme park.
No, I've never been to Disney World or Disneyland

A lot of votes for Cedar Point.
We were considering going to Busch Gardens in Williamsburg Va next year but we may change our plans now.

Don't know if you'll come to Texas, but if you like water parks, you'll love Schlitterbaun. The water used for the park is pumped out of the Comal River and it's freezing cold.

The Guadlalupe River does run through New Braunfels (I've gone down it many times), but it's the Comal River that runs through Schlitterbaun.

For anyone that has been to Water Country USA in New Hampshire ... Geronimo. No more need be said - a 50 ft vertical drop in a water slide on your back. You come off the slide for seconds. That drop only takes seconds. It's exhilarating!

Gotcha. Didn't know there were 2 rivers there. The Guadalupe is absolutely amazing for tubing on. One of the clearest rivers I've ever seen. The water was just crystal clear every time I've been there.
