BF%? Advice? Thanks!!!
Hi all, just wondering if anyone can offer any advice, firstly would love to know a rough guess on my BF%?
Heres latest pics (killing me to look at these i look so crap, specialy relaxed)
Relaxed

Its really really pissing me off as when my tops of i just look fat with tits, even tho i go to the gym, its embarrising. if im cold tho and skins tight i actually look pretty good.
To be fair tho ive never ever focused on cardio, but thats now big on the list.
Heres a pic from september 06, i was pretty ripped here even tho i did no cardio, must of been the stupidly clean diet and or the fact i went gym first thing in morn?
Ok goals, i really really REALLY need to get looking ripped before i can think about anything, im fed up of this chest fat its seriosly ****ing everything up. Once happy with chest id like to get bigger, but getting rid of fat first has to be done for my own reasons (fed up of looking like that relaxed)
ANy advice? should i just keep the gym up and start adding cardio? thats what ive done for last week. diets pretyt clean but been bit on and off due to work, thats going to be sorted from now on.
also will trimming the fat from how i look now just make me look skinny? id rather not look skinny but if the chest fat goes i will be happy, then go from there.
bit thanks any advice comments critque very welcome
PS. IN THE RELAXED PIC ARE MY NIPPLES NORMAL? OR PUFFY? REALLY SORRY ABOUT ALL THIS.

thanks for the comment. but im not happy at all, its just the extra fat on my chest tho it ruins the whole look.i dont want to look how i do relaxed. just going to start serios cardio from now on. just curios if i will look skinny with the extra fat gone

my heart stopped reading that haha. chest routine would normaly be somethoing like...
incline bench 3x10/12 or 4x8
flat bench 3x12
incline flys 4x15/20 (light weights)
then some cable cross over or pec dec or something
my chest actualy feels rock hard ish (belive it or not) tensed . under nipple.lower pec feels bit soft probley just the fat. started hitting the old pushups now, i can do. 40 then 30 then 20 then 10. or just a few sets of 20 or something

diets been pretty unorganised. altho i do eat pretty well, lots of tuna, chicken etc... loadsof pasta. eggs. wholemeal bread, veg. green tea instead of coffe with sugar
but lately its been pretty bad which hasnt helped. all back on track tho now

try cutting back on the carbs. i cut back to 20% carbs and my chest looked alot better.

If you are serious, and it sounds like you are, then I would get my diet organized. It def sounds like you are very bothered by this and need to cut down as low as possible. I would start researching your BMR(Search for it on BB.com) and maybe use fitday or something to track what you eat. There is a ton of information already answered in these forums, jsut use the search function! Good Luck to you!!

Oppps forgot to give you a bf % estimate ... I would say 16-18%
And don't worry my nips are the same way and its b/c my bf is high at the moment

I got the same problem man! I don't really have anymore fat to lose anywhere else except on my damn lower chest and lower abdomen. I'm going to keep cutting/recomping until it's gone hopefully. But you don't look bad so don't sweat it, bf prob the same as me 16-19%. Keep going man, it'll only get better!

thanks mate, yeh just focusing on fat loss for now. going to get the bf down to 10 or under. should be interesting to see the difference

Deffinetly not 15 or 16... its gotta be 20 or somethin....
Look at this lil pic of me.... It was taken a few days ago and I asked the same Q... THey said its like 15 or 16... if you are 15 or 16 then Im like 10 and thats not correct at all... because i used to be much more leaner and my body fat % was 13 or so...

So with the fat gone, will i just look skinny? i do train so there should be muslce underneath.
i dont mind if i look skinny ripped as i can go from there while keeping this much fat off.
im around 5'11 - 190lbs

Agreed, that's too much chest and stomach fat to be around 15% or so, would deffo say 20%+
But it's a good frame to work on for muscle and that fat should go pretty fast if you eat n train well!

I'd say between 17-19%. thats not bad. I started out at 21.5% and have gone down to 13% as of today. all that in only 3.5 months,,,so with a good diet and workout plan you'll be golden in no time
