BF Guess & Clean Bulk Time?
I'm really confused on what I should be doing. I've been doing rippetoes since May now and it seems all the muscle I have put on has been in my legs. Don't get me wrong, I like rippetoes and have made awesome strength gains for both upper and lower body but I'm lookin to switch it up now. My question is do you think I am lean enough to start a clean bulk and whats my BF%? Am I skinny-fat? Not sure if these are the best pictures...I have a 30" waist, wear medium shirts comfortably, 6'0, 180lbs...Thanks so much
