BF Guess & Clean Bulk Time?

I'm really confused on what I should be doing. I've been doing rippetoes since May now and it seems all the muscle I have put on has been in my legs. Don't get me wrong, I like rippetoes and have made awesome strength gains for both upper and lower body but I'm lookin to switch it up now. My question is do you think I am lean enough to start a clean bulk and whats my BF%? Am I skinny-fat? Not sure if these are the best pictures...I have a 30" waist, wear medium shirts comfortably, 6'0, 180lbs...Thanks so much

hmm if youve been cutting (which you seem to imply by asking if its time to bulk) than that would explain why you havent put on muscle while on Rippetoes. Rippetoes is really only for bulking, its for strength (and mass). As far as deciding what bf to stop cutting and start bulking thats different for every person, just get to a bf your satisfied with. As for bf % its really really hard to tell from those pics but ill throw out 18% (give or take) EDIT: on second viewing your bf may be lower, i really cant tell.

I'm gonna guess around 14-15%...You can bulk I think

hey man ..... i think u should keep the cardio and eating clean still .... forget about bulking. Ide say from ur pics ur @ 20% body fat .... probably even holding ur stomach in or flexing it at the sametime u took the pic .

keep doing cardio get ur body fat lower and when u start seeing cuts when not even flexing .... THATS WHEN U BULK . do it right

u will thank me after because when u bulk when ur shredded already u keep looking better and better everyday and see results WAY BETTER

who wants to see a BUMP when u can see 3 BUMPS when flexing while ur BULKING .
