The sugars definitely aren't from the honey, read the ingredients.
That being said its a fine choice for breakfast, your body could will use the carbs in the morning anyway. Good amount of fiber too

Then there is more sugar if you use milk...plus if you are cutting, most people limit, if not avoid dairy...just something to consider when planning your meal...

I eat it before I go to workout. There's no way I wont use the calories, so why not. And it tastes great.

Exactly..
it's good.
Just fit it into your macros.
There will be people that come here screaming that it sucks because it has sugar (omg, sugar, no!!!)
but it's fairly good for ya.

I am cutting at the moment, and almost always stick with oats in the morning. I refeed approximately every 10 days, and I ususally eat this same cereal for breakfast on those days alongside some eggs and fruit.

Ya, pretty much everyone I know lives off fast food and frozen food.. they eat sweets and desserts and chips and candy liks it's nothing.. drink tons of soda juice that has 50g of sugar for a mere 8oz.. it's crazy once you realize how different foods really are..

And what really amazes me is how people can consume alcohol every night in college, eat pizza every night, and workout each day and still maintain a ripped 6pack while I have a strict diet and drink once every 2 weeks.
