do i need to take a break from creatine (green mag) or beta alanine
or should i just take always with no breaks

Take a break every 4 months or so but stagger the break so that you are always on one. It doesn't matter if you do or don't but I'm sure they will be more useful if you fool your body into thinking it won't have them. The same as switching workout programs helps you grow more. Sometimes that is.

Agreed. It isn't necessary to take time off, but it never hurts to take some time away from most supplements.

I always take a break from all supplements, even multivitamins. I personally believe this is simply a good idea to help avoid potential negatives like nutrient toxicity, etc.

Regarding creatine, there is some evidence that the body abilities to produce creatine are down-regulated (reduced) after taking supplemental creatine for a while. That's pricesely why I take off of creatine about ever 8-12 weeks. Though we don't know the same for beta-alanine, I think it's a better idea to take time off just in case.
