And people say they just don't understand what happend when people suddenly commit suicide.
I'm not sure but there might be a 12 step program for people that have lost their gym bags.

I know exactly how you feel Bad Dog!!!!!
when all of a sudden something---anything gets in the way of me getting to the gym I'm pissed off like hell - I don't expect anyone to understand but I am - as long as I get to the gym i'm ok otherwise - its not a good day for me at all!
Just use this day as your rest day - and get your butt to the gym on your next day off!

That's why there are Wall Marts. You needed a spare set to keep at the office, right? Go shop, then go work out!

LMAO.. your right dynalwrdr - In my locker I do have a new pair of shoes/socks...etc.. everything to get to work & go to the gym - so I don't HAVE to turn around and go home (which would be 40 minutes of wasted time - 20 minutes each way)
yeah i know I'm sick - but its great to LOVE something this much that you don't wanna miss it -- no matter what!

Actually, keeping a spare set here would be a good idea. In the future I think I will do that, I dont however think I'll go shopping tonight. Shopping is not one of my favorite pass times as it is.
I'd consider going home to get my stuff then back to my gym, but the commute is too long. I have a one hour drive home, and the gym is halfway to my house! So I'd have to drive an hour and a half to get to the gym..I think I'll pass and just learn how to work the new vcr for tomorrow night and workout then!
But I do like the spare set of clothes at the office idea.

Once a week, on the weekend, pack your gym bag with workout clothes, fresh underwear, towels, etc. for the week. Keep this in your car. For your used workout clothes and towel keep a plastic bag to put them in, and take that into the house after each workout.
Or if you are like me and have no sense of smell, just keep adding to the plastic bag until you empty and repack your gym bag once a week.

LMAO... Friday night on the SciFi channel is a "guilty" pleasure of mine, too. Always been a fan of science fiction, whether it's the really good stuff or just plain old fun.
What do you think of the new BG?

I really like the new BG, its the main show I like to watch. I've only missed one episode so far. My only complaint is that it doesnt' start until 10pm. Now that I'm a geezer, and considering I am up at 5am, thats a bit late and I'm usually pretty tired by the time it comes on. Still, I don't like to miss it, I'm enjoying it quite a bit.
I love the way its filmed, the acting is very good for a tv serial, and so far, its remained enjoyble.

LOL, I usually record the whole evening on a tape and watch it later. Have you checked the programming schedule at SciFi's website? They usually broadcast these shows at least a couple times during the week.
