To eat or not to eat?
my question is simple,
should i eat food that i know is bad for me, eg: chocolate, chips, high suger food
when there is nothing else to eat.
or should i wait until l prepare a meal.
at the moment i am trying to bulk.

Why don't you just get off your arse and prepare a meal?

i'm asking this because last weekend i was at a mates house and i was wondering if i should eat his crap or wait till i got home for lunch.
it was out of the blue so i couldn't plan in advance to bring food to his house.

if its going to be a long time in between meals, you should eat the junk food to get any nutrients possible.
...a better option would be to prepare yourself for these circumstances.

check out the protein bar recipe, and make some of your own. Keep em in ziploc bags for such emergencies. Or just buy some decent ones and keep them handy (I like VPX Zero-Impact). Most people's houses have milk and deli meat. In a pinch you could always grab a few slices of deli meat, a glass of milk, and you're cool for a bit.

assuming nothing could be done to avoid your predicament - i wouldnt go for high sugar treats which will build you up then smash you down and have you hungrier than before. A fatty burger or something, I'd say eat it and adjust your cals later in the day, but just sugary crap that wont satisfy you at all I wouldnt bother
burger ftw
