it's basically personal preference, some respond better to GB while others to GM. Really the only way to know is to experiment. I'm sure some people will chime in with which one worked better for them though.

I really dont care about the taste. I searched GM and all I could finding was people saying how good it tastes, nothing if it actually works.

I agree with this. I haven't seen anything really conclusive denoting why GM or GB are superior to regular monohydrate, and why I should spend the extra $$ to get either GM or GB.
For the past 3 months I haven't taken any creatine at all and my lifts are continuously going up. I'm really debating if creatine is even worth it for me.

people respond differently to creatine and some don't respond at all....nobody is saying that without creatine or any supplement at that, that your lifts wont go up and you wont get bigger, faster, or stronger. Spending the extra cash may or may not be worth it but it's more about find what works best for you and IMO, spending a little extra cash on trying a supplement, even if it doesnt work, is well worth it, because then i'll atleast know.

I read a couple of the sponsored logs and they all seem like bull****. Maybe its a placebo effect but I doubt they are experiencing something that great. Sounds like all the sponsored logs are actually just bs to sell the product. Its even more confusing when the person doing the log is taking several other supps. Its tough to decide what actually works. I guess ill just buy green madnitude and try it for myself.

There's absolutely no reason to lie on a log. If you dont like the product say it and no company rep would want you to lie about it. As for the other products they're taking, it's usually the person's regular supplement regiment and the testers usually know they're body well enough to know when there is an actual change. I wont rule out any placebo effects since the mind has a lot to do with failure and success. Keep this in mind: some of the testers are also reps, they have a high standard to live up to and many of them even have a competing product with the product that they're testing and they still give it an honest and good review.
Oh, and then there are scientific studies that say creatine works...but we'll disregard that

I think I'm in the minority here when I say I didn't really care for the taste of GM. I'm not a big fan of sour stuff. It's a good product, but it didn't really do anything different than monohydrate for me. I wonder if it would still be as popular if everyone didn't rave about the taste.

The formulas are not the same.
Similar maybe, but not the same.

GM has Tyrosine which will provide a energy "boost" but is not a stim like caffeine.

Mine is Twinlab's!
Since the creatine is contained in capsules you can measure your intake with more precision.
