Peanut Butter vs. Almond Butter vs. Cashew Butter
Just curious to see which one you guys prefer. Natty PB is definitely the cheapest of the three (at least around me it is), I'm just wondering if it's worth it to spring for some cashew or almond butter. I've never had either of them.
Let's hear your opinions.

IMO when you factor in taste/cost/availablitly natty pb wins all three. Cashew butter is good, but good luck finding it cheaply.

Peanut butter still wins for me. But almond butter is definitely nice to have in the fridge for a little variety! Never had cashew butter.

Almond Butter - prefect ingredient for your pre-workout meal:
..The monounsaturated fats found in almonds provide energy-boosting essential fatty acids such as omega-3s and omega-6s.

IMHO, Almond Butter is the best, then peanut butter, and finally cashew.

...Yeah sometimes when I do just cardio at night all I have is 2 tbs of Almond butter then go to the gym.
..I do feel a difference when I don't add the Almond butter to my pre-workout meal in the morning before I train. - I recommend adding it to your arsenal.

Almond butter is my favorite but I eat more peanut butter b/c of cost. I love both though so it's no biggie. Can't say I've ever tried the cashew butter though. Might have to pick some up next time I'm out...

Cashew butter is my favorite. It tastes incredible on toasted Ezekiel bread.

I was just going to reply to his post when I saw yours! No lie, Sesame sucks. And I love all nut butters, thought I would try it. Can you say "nasty"?
