anyways my workout routine is basiclaiy.......... rippetoes.
this is the full routine right? ok. here it is:
Workout A
3x5 Squat
3x5 Bench Press
1x5 Deadlift
Workout B
3x5 Squat
3x5 Standing military press
3x5 Pendlay Rows
Week 1: Monday, Workout A Wednesday, Workout B Friday, Workout A
Week 2: Moday, Workout B Wednesday, Workout A Friday, workout B
and so on you get the point.
Anways all i know is that you are not suppossed to workout 3 consecutive days, also when working out i shoudlnt max it all the time right? Just sumthing im comfortable but at the same time giving me a workout. Also we can workout during bulking right? lol
My goal is to bench 185 and i currenlty bench 115.
