progress, 3 months
first progress, this is about 2 months in
Here are recent ones (week to a few days old)
be at the beach a few days ago jeje.
I still have alot of work to do, I'm sitting at around 218ish somethings 216 sometimes 220 depending on time of day. I am guessing that I need to get down to around 200 to start seeing my abs really pop because I need some really favorable lighting just to get a peek jaja.

I started out at around 230 and am sitting at around 210 now and first abs are showing, you really think I need to get all the way down to 170-180? Thats 30-40lbs, Here is a pic from yesterday morning.
My thinking is, i'm 210 and lets say around 15% bf so thats around 31lbs of bf . I can usually see my abs (in the past) at around 10%. So we are looking at chopping off 5% bf which is 10lbs and lets go 5 more lbs for muscle loss so 195ish I should be sitting at 10%. Or do you think I'm above 15%

above 15. dont want to sound like a d*ck but you look like your sitting at 22-25%, just by looking at the pictures.. Best thing to do is get your bf tested capliper pinch test. Im still sticking with around 30-40 more lbs to lose for you to see your abs, but I could be wrong Anyone else have any input out there?

Muscle memory is key.
So if you did indeed see your abs before at 10% then you should see them soon again.
how tall are you?

First, great improvement... you can tell that you've put a considerable amount of effort into changing your physique. On the other hand, I'm inclined to agree with xxraffyxx and you'll have to be at around 170-180 to really have your abs show because you are a fair bit above 15% bf. But you'll get there, just stay motivated.

Thats life Ok well that sets a new goal Two days ago I cut some more junk out of my diet to speed up the process a little bit. I'm trying to lose 2-4 lbs a week, no more then 4 so I adjust my eating to try to keep it in that range.

FYI got tested today, 23% so you were spot on. The first came out 30% and I couldn't believe it and neither the guy taking the test, they brought someone else in that KNEW what he was doing and said it was 23%.
