Phone call before blind date

I recently got the phone number from a family friend of a girl who is interested in meeting me for a blind date. Many people have told me she is very pretty but has only gone out w jerks in the past and my family friend has been talking me up and pushing for us to meet. I plan on calling her after she gets out of work tomorrow. I plan on introducing myself and saying how i got her number from "friend" and that we should make plans to meet up for dinner later in the week. She already told my friend that is is excited to meet me so how far should i take the convo after making plans?? what type of things should i talk/ask her about and what should i save for the date. i have no idea...any help would be great..thanks...

ask her what sorts of things she is into and get some basic info like what her job is, where she is from, etc, then you can have some ideas on what to talk about during the date.

dont talk after that.

just say "see you at 8 on _____", "we'll meet at_________"

save all thet convo u can for the date.

if u have that first "GET TO KNOW YOU" convo over the phone, it will be weird, trust me

And FFS, when she asks you what you guys are doing for the date, don't tell her. Attire is all she needs to know.
