i drink alot of tea every day, but should i cut sugar from it?

I take sweeteners.

I usually drink up to 10 cups a day, so imagine that.. that's 20 teaspoons of sugar.. too many calories!

1 word...Spelnda... Its not absorbed into the body because the body cannot Identify it as sugar due to the molecules being changed. So it just passes right through your body. Yum

I usually drink straigh tea, I'm not a big fan of lemon and just can't make myself drink sweet tea.............
