Things that require NO preparation!~
OK heres the deal here guys, I live in a dirty house with a bunch of people and I am sick to even be near my kitchen.
Is there any food that is healthy that I can buy already prepared in the grocery store?
examples: microwave tv dinners, yoplait yogurt, I guess pb and j sandwiches would be easy too cuz I can just buy plastic butter knives and keep the bread and jellly and pb in my room.
i have a fridge in my room btw.
i guess i can buy sandwich meat and stuff like that also cuz i can keep the bread and meat in my fridge as well. but how should i make it, whats a healthy sandwich?
please just gimme any kind of examples for eating healthy the easy way and where it doesnt require cooking or anything like that.
thanks in advance
REPS WILL BE GIVEN TO THOSE THAT ARE HELPFUL!

pouch-o-tuna, uncle ben's pouch-o-rice- also expensive but thats a good meal.
RTD protein shakes- expensive but worth having around if you can't use your kitchen.
Basically, you're going to pay for convenience but it exists.

Fruits & veggies of course, nuts, whole grain breads (flaxseed is better), tuna (cans/pouches) is something you can do w/ very little prep time and no kitchen, canned chicken / fish. If you have a microwave in your room potatoes as well.
Careful of the pre-packaged stuff you can buy as a frozen dinner. Many are loaded with sodium, sugar, and trans fats.
It is tough to suggest proteins (meats) since most need to be prepared somehow. I know there are some stores that do rotisseries and similar things.
You can always get a George Foreman grill for your room if the kitchen is really that bad; between that and the fridge you're all set.

My super market has a sushi bar. I dont know how long that will last in your fridge but maybe if you got it the night before you will be good to bring that with you in a cooler for the next day

thats ****ty dude, i love to live in a clean home. I would just move out. or put your foot down man. I dont know how anyone can live in a mess home. Your home is a refelction of who you are.
Why not just have a little sitdown with everyone and give everyone a task list.

Eat or drink 3 meals with MRP's.The other 2 or 3 eat out.Stay away from deli meats as they are loaded with nitrates.
Also get a microwave...can cook oats, chicken breast with ease and no cleanup if you use disposable and saran wraps

I like the pre-grilled chicken strips near the prepackaged deli stuff.
The southwest is spicy and good and can be microwaved. You do have to watch for sodium contents as mentioned, but balance it out with drinking mucho water

Yeah, I've done that before. It's about the price of an RTD shake, but the taste is alittle different.
