reasons to work out and get really really strong
im working out to prepare for when **** hits the fan
maybe it will never happen, but if marshal law does happen and police or military goes walking from door to door taking people on the redlist to concentration camps (the way Hitler put people into camps) I aint going. Hell no
If I am super buff and strong, and train with squats alot and am just generally super buff and strong, I could probably keep up a good 30 mile per hour sprint for a couple minutes, and climb / jump over most walls, and get the **** away from danger. And the stronger you are, the better chance you have of surviving in the wilderness since you would probably leave your city when that shyte happens and just find a god forest far away from it all to live in. You could probably just hang from town to town because not every town will be putting people into concentration camps at the same time, 1 town will do it then stop and another town will do it. shyte like that is how it works so you could just go from safe town to safe town
anyway blah blah blah. thats why I work out in an attempt to get stronger. I am just preparing for if **** ever hits the fan, at least I may have a chance at running away and dodging danger if I am stronger and faster

rofl this is prolly the dumbest post i've ever seen. squats make you able to run 30 miles? no. if the world goes into chaos, 2 inches extra on your chest won't do ****.

stronger legs certainly are allowing me to run more easily. I run 10 miles like nothing. but I dont do that much because I need to eat too many damn calories afterwards. Squats alone though allow me to make bigger leg muscles then I do fast sprints or a bunch of verticle jumps with them occasionally to make sure they dont slow me down (that would be counter productive)

I kinda agree with the OP. I work out for situations where I would need to protect myself. Not concentration camps though. But you never know when say your going to be a situation where its life or death and action needs to be taken agaisnt someone. Your going to have a better chance with muscle than bones.

i guess the best way to avoid goin to a concentration camp is to just join the damn military. thats a good idea. but then you have to follow orders and crap I dont want to do that shyte

boxing lessons? no. someone who actually was an experienced boxer and had been boxing for a few years? probably.
a few good punches are enough to win a fight. in fact 1 lucky punch can do it. I'd put my money on the boxer. of course, 120 pounds is a bit extreme, but at 140 or 150, i'll take a 5'8 boxer over some huge 200 pound dude who just lifts and doesn't do any martial arts.

I dont plan on fighting a military squad when they all have guns, I plan on running away at lightning quick speeds and jumping over walls n' ****
I run so fast I could probably make it out of the city and out of danger and into some kind of forest or live-able habitat pretty quick. when humans feel their life is threatened our adreno glands can produce alot of adrenalin allowing for impressive speeds if you have alot of muscles

they make these motorcycle and car things so that if you want to leave a city, you don't have to run 10 miles. it's pretty sweet. and they're hella fast, and you don't have to workout to drive them.

or america may go crazy (like Hitler went crazy)
both those situations would end up with me running away. maybe I could run to south america or something and just hang out. south american women kick ass.
of course, the best plan of action for me would be to simply book a plane flight to south america and hopefully they let me on it. that would be much easier. I take the risk fo the plane being shot down I guess.
