There's probably no difference in antioxidant absorption, but I just like the thermogenic effect when the tea is hot and it makes your body warm up.

i've been drinking cold for the most part. Maybe hot tea during winter.

Definitely hot. I only use leaves when it comes to green tea, and actually can't stand the taste when it gets cold. Iced tea is great, but I need my green tea almost scalding hot.
