i would eat a sandwhich with some smoked salmon in it for breakfast during my first class, then about 5th period, would eat a tuna sandwhich, then i would eat something from the deli in my lunchroom for lunch then i would have a zone perfect protein bar 9th peiod, before i would work out, then i would work out ten mix up a protein shake and drink it on the bus ride home
i gained around 25-30 pounds during the passed school year
