what do yall eat when your in school

everybodys talking about constantly eating too bulk up well what are the easiest things too eat in school just a small shake maybw some jerky

for between breakfast and lunch i usually eat a pb sandwich or a bar. my teachers could care a less if i ate anything in their class and i usually walk around eating. bars are always easiest when you're in a crunch or sometimes i take around a baggy full of 2-3 scoops of whey and my shaker cup and ill drink a quick shake before practice or as a meal replacement, all depends on what i feel like.

I usually eat a bar with some water or have some whey in-between classes or something. I also pack my own lunch so i can completely control what i eat at school because school lunches are exactly great for bodybuilding. I would recommend just mixing up some whey in a shaker cup before school starts and when your switchin' classes just down one mad quick and thats that. Some whey is definately easier on the wallet then bars because good bars are usually $25+ for only 12 bars but if you can afford bars then go for those. Its all up to you anyways.

Last school year, I always had a PB&J sandwhich and some fruit at break (between breakfast and lunch) and a huge sandwhich filled with quality deli meat for lunch. And then I would usually just head home for another meal.

Then again, I didn't gain a whole lot last year, so this year I'm going to step it up.

i would eat a sandwhich with some smoked salmon in it for breakfast during my first class, then about 5th period, would eat a tuna sandwhich, then i would eat something from the deli in my lunchroom for lunch then i would have a zone perfect protein bar 9th peiod, before i would work out, then i would work out ten mix up a protein shake and drink it on the bus ride home

i gained around 25-30 pounds during the passed school year

In morning 3-4 eggs after first class bar lunch some meats or pb and after 3rd class whey protein home eat after workout muscle juice.

Bring a few scoops of whey to mix with your milk at lunch, keep a few protein bars in your locker. Pack tuna sandwhiches for lunch with like a banana and your good to go the school day.
