Post Workout Prolab Carb Component, WMS or Ground Oats

So far I have tried WMS and Ground Oats. Which do you guys think is best postworkout with whey protein. I have tried ground oats but they stuck to the bottom of the shaker bottle. WMS is good but I am wondering if Carb Component may be better for someone not bulking. I am following a moderate carb diet with carbs only before and after workouts. I have been using about 30 grams WMS with whey.

Nothing will beat ground oats (steel cut) for glycemic concern.

I would go wms, and 60 grams of carbs total? that sounds low carb to me.
