Need advice with LARGE order from BB.com to last me a long time (reps)

Posted this in misc, said to come here for more thorough answers. Ill try be brief:

I live in UK, and the cheapest way for me to get my supps is to order them from bb.com in bulk (due to american prices, shipping and taxation).
I'll be looking to do a real slow, clean bulk, and maybe a cut at the end of it, and so need some products for this. Also I work long days and need generall MRPs, and some things good for health. Taste is also a big factor btw. Price of the actual supp is not as big a factor.

Id like to know how/if I should change it, what to drop, what I should add, what company I should order more/less from etc, and of course Ill rep (more than once) people who come back with serious responses.

Like I said, Im looking for good tasting protein powders, MRP's, pre/post w/o supp, creatine, and perhaps some kind of weight gainer (not TOO high in calories though). feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, but will animal stak 2 and M stak be as effective for a 19 year old with already high testosterone levels as other possible options..

yes i know that it contains DHT blockers and aromatase inhibitors, however have also seen numerous posts about the ineffectiveness of the methoxyisoflavones etc. But as in all cases do your own research i guess

this is a hell of a lot of money...i agree with someone above about the rtd

stick with the basics creatine, protein, and then some other specialties so i would look for something like

1. sizeon, green mag , i also personally like kre-alkyn(some others don't but it works for me)

2. muscle milk( def need a couple of containers of this due to limited servings) but good on a bulk and late night, lots of on-whey, champion, dymatize any of those are good products for pre-pwo and a shake throughout the day, some straight cassein protein

3. some specialties of xtend or purple wrath, you can add the puddings/and the oats and stuff but that is not very cost effective...save that money and buy some good old quaker oats and mix them in a shake for added calories, x-factor/activate stack, multi-forgot about this at the top but there are some good choices, no-products the are good but not really needed-you could look at superpump, white flood, look for a fat burner if you are going for a cut at the end

i guess my big thing would be for all of the money you would be spending on supps you would get more out of it by buying some chicken, oats, tuna and other quality foods....there was a lot of wasted money imo with what you had listed....

You went to teh misc for advice related to bodybuilding?

I wouldn't order whey from the States mate - you need a special permit to import dairy products, and if you don't have it and they search your order they can seize the entire order with no obligation to give you your supps or a refund. A mate of mine thought "it won't happen to me" but it did and he was well upset about it.

If you buy whey from one of the bulk suppliers in the UK it works out pretty cheap anyway. I understand you putting a big order in for branded supps from the US however - this is exactly what I do, it's crazy that the exchange rate is over 2 dollars to the pound at the moment and yet many supps cost less in dollars than they do over here in pounds!

I'd listen to this guy.. and also, I'd recommend against making such a large bulk order in case the order were to get seized.

Yea, I think what Im going to do is search around for UK suppliers and see if I can get most of the things from within the UK, saves time as well. Also, the order is gonna change (obviously!) so I'll post up again when I've re-done my order and see what people have to say. Gotta go away and do some research now though =)

Oh, another question, should I look into a product such as cyto-gainer for when I do my bulk phase? I am in NO way a hardgainer, I put on mass easily (not an endo, pretty much pure meso) but because I work long days and train hard I do have quite a high BMR. Should I be looking at this product or are there better alternatives, or should I just stick with products like muscle milk instead, considering I am not a hardgainer?

thats a lot of stuff. Damn. I would try to cut cost where you can. Like by getting bulk bcaa, cm, etc. Drop the cellmass and get storm or greenmag. Drop the pudding and just make your own for much cheaper.........are you gonna have money leftover for food? lol

First, if your a pure meso... you lucky SOB

Second, like you said, if your not a hardgainer, I would avoid 'weight gainers' all together. They're overkill. I think regular musclemilk would suffice, but even then, thats still too high in fat imo. Something like BSN Syntha-6 may fit the bill. But on your bulk phase, I would still if possible, to eat as much whole food as possible, and just use shakes and your other supps just to get the extra calories you need.

Up your cals as long as your protein intake as well as your carbs. But you can make weightgainers for a lot cheaper and control what goes in them. Muscle Milk is a bit high is fat for me. Maybe get some Ultra Peptide or something. San Infusion is a personal fav. of mine.

BTW Interlocutor, what are you referring to when you say UN whey? Do you mean universal whey or ultimate nutrition whey supreme? If so why that one? Don't think I've read any reviews on it... taste ok?
